By accessing or using the VETEK platform ("the Service"), operated by KHAN Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including veterinary clinic administrators, veterinarians, staff, and any other authorized users.
VETEK is a veterinary practice management platform that provides inventory management, cash register operations, clinical records management, and real-time analytics. The Service is designed for veterinary clinics and hospitals managing single or multiple branch locations. Features include product cataloging with batch tracking, point-of-sale operations with automatic inventory linking, SOAP-style clinical records with inter-clinic transfer capability, instant data synchronization across all branches, and role-based access control for staff management.
Each user account is protected by advanced encrypted authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Service implements role-based access control — different permission levels determine what data and features each user can access. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We employ secure session management and protected internal systems to safeguard your data.
VETEK keeps each clinic data completely separate. Every veterinary clinic organization operates within its own private, isolated data environment. Your data — including client records, patient histories, inventory, financial information, and clinical records — is logically separated from other organizations using the platform. Clinical record transfer between organizations is only possible through explicit migration operations initiated by authorized users.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful veterinary practice management purposes. You must not: (a) use the Service to store or transmit material that infringes on intellectual property rights, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data, (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service's real-time communication infrastructure, (d) use automated means to access the Service without our express permission, or (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
The VETEK platform, including its source code, architecture, design, user interface, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of KHAN Solutions. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein. The system architecture, data synchronization methods, and data isolation technology are proprietary implementations of KHAN Solutions.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service through modern cloud infrastructure and backup systems. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We collect and process data including user account information, client and patient records, clinical data, inventory transactions, and financial records as necessary to provide the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KHAN Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue its use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KHAN Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. This includes claims related to data you store or process through the platform, including client and patient information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email when possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing any other remedies.
